Andy is the Managing Director and founder of AS Mechanical & Electrical Ltd, with over 20 years’ experience in the plumbing, heating, and renewables industry. A fully qualified Gas Safe and MCS accredited engineer, he specialises in designing and overseeing large-scale commercial heating installations and renewable projects, including heat pumps and solar systems. Passionate about sustainable energy solutions, Andy ensures every project delivers efficiency, reliability, and excellent customer service. Outside work, he enjoys Muay Thai boxing, football, and supporting local charities.

Renewables Manager

Mark is the Renewables Manager at AS Mechanical & Electrical Ltd, where he oversees all renewable energy projects and provides expert consultancy. With extensive knowledge and over a decade and a half experience in sustainable technologies, he leads the planning, delivery, and optimisation of heat pump installations, solar systems, battery storage, and other low-carbon solutions for both commercial and domestic clients. Committed to driving the transition to greener energy, Mark ensures projects achieve maximum efficiency, compliance, and long-term value while delivering outstanding results. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing, fitness training, fishing, and playing guitar.

Contracts Manager

Rich is the Contracts Manager at AS Mechanical & Electrical Ltd, where he oversees the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of all projects across our plumbing and heating teams. 

With three decades of experience in Mechanical & Electrical contracting spanning diverse sectors including healthcare, commercial, and domestic installations, Rich ensures every contract runs smoothly from inception to completion, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Committed to excellence and client satisfaction, he provides expert oversight and support to site teams, driving the efficient execution of full M&E fit-outs and more for commercial clients. Outside of work, Rich enjoys golf. 

Office Manager

Jeanne is the Office Manager at AS Mechanical & Electrical Ltd, where she has been a cornerstone of the business since it was founded. She oversees all administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and providing essential support to the management team, engineers, and clients alike. With her institutional knowledge of the company and attention to detail, Jeanne plays a vital role in maintaining efficiency, organisation, and high standards across our plumbing, heating, electrical, and renewable energy projects for both commercial and domestic clients. Committed to delivering reliable behind-the-scenes excellence, she helps drive the smooth delivery of every installation and service we provide. Outside of work, Jeanne enjoys gym workouts, yoga, and reading.
